Job Description

We’re searching for a skilled Data & Insights Specialist to join our award-winning digital agency. Reporting directly to our SEO Team Lead, this is the perfect opportunity for an experienced SEO expert to make their mark in one of our fastest-growing departments. You’ll be the companies’ GA4 & GTM expert and be responsible for managing and troubleshooting as well as providing clear, commercial, actionable insights to the Digital Marketing team, Web Development Team, and our clients. As a Data & Insights Specialist, your role will encompass a complete approach to on-page SEO strategies for all our clients:

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Services & Web Development Team to provide clients with data insight & recommendations.
  • Work with the client-facing international SEO team to interpret new and existing client data and insights.
  • Monitor and implement tags using Google Tag Manager, whilst also answering ad-hoc GA queries and granting platform access when applicable.
  • Support with the creation of digital marketing reports to drive insight into the site and digital marketing performance.
  • Assist Digital Marketing specialists in implementing new GA4 features to increase and expand data collection; as well as owning data integrity and accuracy and ensure adherence to reporting best practices.
  • Work with Web development teams to assist in the creation and implementation of marketing tags through web builds and migrations.
  • Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
  • Perform other tasks that may be required to improve the ranking performance of clients’ website

Minimum Qualifications

We want you to have​:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Data and Insight Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of GA4 and GTM or other Tag Management Systems. (Knowledge of other SEO Tools is a big plus)
  • With a passion for understanding digital data, you enjoy working with large datasets and collaborating across teams.
  • You have experience within a similar role and have used data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Experience with data analysis for digital marketing activity and platforms including Google Ads & Meta.
  • An understanding of Server-Side tracking to avoid cookie deprecation.
  • Experience in consent mode setup.
  • Experience working with multi-channel digital data including App.
  • Experience using SQL for complex querying and analysis.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to handle complex data.
