This is a hybrid role, with 4 days a week remote, and 1 day a week from the xDNA Group office in Makati City. The office is home to multiple different teams working across the Group’s agency brands. You’ll be part of the Dilate team, but there’s also the xDNA Interactive team and the Climb Online team to bounce ideas off, grab lunch with, and undertake training sessions and learning.
The role of the SEO Strategist is critical to our campaign and client success. We’re looking for someone motivated, driven, and eager to perfect their craft. The role plays a crucial role in improving SERP performance, maintaining site health, and driving local SEO and NAP for our diverse range of clients. An SEO Strategist requires expertise in search engine optimization techniques and analytical skills to enhance online visibility and drive sustainable business growth for our clients.
Duties And Responsibilities
- SERP Performance
Develop and execute strategic 90-day SEO plans to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs). Collaborate with the Content Strategist to conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords and optimize the website accordingly. Implement on-page and basic off-page optimization strategies, including technical SEO, tactics to improve CTR & performance in SERPs, content audits, basic link building, and local SEO, to drive organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Site Health
Perform regular audits and assessments of website health and performance, identifying and addressing technical issues that may impact search engine visibility and user experience. Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to track SEO progress and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with web development and IT teams to implement SEO best practices and ensure website compliance with search engine guidelines.
- Local SEO and NAP data
Develop and implement local SEO strategies to improve visibility in local search results and drive online & foot traffic to physical locations. Optimise local business listings, citations, and NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) consistency across online directories and platforms. Leverage local SEO tactics, including Google Business Profile optimization, geo-targeted content creation, and customer review monitoring, to enhance local search presence.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful SEO campaigns and traffic growth.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization techniques and web analytics tools for tracking and reporting on KPIs.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the SEO and digital marketing industry.
- Basic technical knowledge of speed optimization is desirable.
