We’re searching for a skilled SEO Team Lead to join our award-winning digital agency. Reporting directly to our Senior Marketing Services Manager, this is the perfect opportunity for an experienced SEO expert to make their mark in one of our fastest-growing departments.
You’ll be a problem-solver and analytical thinker with a track record of going above and beyond to make our clients more searchable and successful.
As an SEO Team Lead your role will encompass a complete approach to SEO strategies for our all our clients:
Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead the xDNA PH SEO team and assist with process improvement and upskilling the team in the best-in-class SEO techniques.
- Work with the client-facing international SEO team to interpret new and existing client briefs. You will be expected to be able to understand businesses in different industries and develop SEO strategies across a host of client types.
- Create clear SEO strategies based on full analysis of the competitive landscape, business, and sector challenges and communicate them clearly to client contacts.
- Using insights to devise best-in-class SEO strategies that are aligned with the client’s business and marketing objectives.
- Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives and user journey to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
- Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages.
- Develop an SEO roadmap and plan/prioritize the top SEO initiatives with marketing squads, backed by research.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword-specific.
- Liaise with the Technical SEO team to unearth site issues and opportunities to improve campaign performance.
- Work on strategic initiatives, such as website migration: data collection, content protection, retention and retiring decisions, auditing staging websites, and developing plans, and checklists.
- Work with our Outreach team to execute effective link-building campaigns, aiding with client brand awareness and increasing Organic Visibility.
- Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
- Host regular SEO training workshops/programs for the SEO Team.
- Presenting SEO trends, updates, and new technology to company staff and clients.
- Prepare audits for new business initiatives.
- Prepare SEO sector reports to aid the business development team
Minimum Qualifications
We want you to have
- 5+ years experience in an SEO role, preferably agency side.
- Comprehensive experience with SEO industry programs and analytics packages, including GA4, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and various rank-tracking/campaign monitoring tools.
- Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Ability to explain the relationship between effort and results to clients.
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare and present client pitches.
- Good leadership qualities & experience managing and training people successfully.
- A desire to further your career.
- Understanding of the interplay between SEO, PPC, and Paid Social.
