We’ve got pretty ambitious growth plans and we’re looking for a PPC Strategist to join our team. We are looking for someone with an in-depth knowledge of Google Ads & Facebook ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram who would be ideal, with a keen eye for detail, focused on ROI and strategic thought. Ideally, you will have experience running a range of low to high-budget CPA-based campaigns for businesses on the agency side.
This opportunity is Monday to Friday 9-6 pm – Hybrid Set-up as we are an agency located in Makati City. Once a week in the Office.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook Ads, ensuring they meet the target KPIs.
- Analyse performance data and adjust strategies to increase campaign efficiency and ROI.
- Understanding of Google Analytics to monitor and report on campaign performance.
- Stay updated with PPC and SEM trends, tools, and best practices to implement in campaigns.
- Provide strategic recommendations on data-driven insights.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring all campaigns are delivered within the allocated budget.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Certified in Google Ads with a deep understanding of paid search, display, and video performance metrics.
- Experience with Google Analytics, capable of interpreting and reporting data to inform decision-making.
- Proven track record in managing successful PPC campaigns, with a strong understanding of optimization practices for both search and display advertising.
- Good instincts for the understanding of conversion rate optimization & making the most from our websites.
- Ability to propose and write persuasive ad copy if needed.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in managing Facebook Ads, including segmentation, targeting, and ad creation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Hungry for knowledge, learning, and personal development.
- At least 3mbps of stable internet connection (with a backup internet)
