Job Description

XDNA Digital Agency is urgently seeking a Virtual Admin/Tester to join our highly motivated team in supporting our IT and creative projects for our clients in the United Kingdom and the Philippines.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the project manager and team to maximize productivity.
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Project Management Department, working with software applications including but not limited to Google Workspace apps.
  • Coordinate with project teams on tasks as per objectives.
  • Gather meeting minutes.
  • Assist in gathering information and research work if needed.
  • Do encoding jobs if necessary.
  • Assist in manual testing.
  • Assist in other administrative tasks to ensure smooth and timely project completion

Minimum qualifications

  • Superb attention to detail is required.
  • Comfortable in the technology and software development environment required.
  • Excellent computer skills, including experience with Google Workspace required.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Good typing skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Collaborative working style and a team-player attitude.
  • Able to work independently with little supervision.
  • Able to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment.
  • Experience in manual testing preferred.
  • Experience in basic image editing preferred

Additional Remarks

  • 10 Mbps home connection preferred.
  • Has backup internet is preferred.
